Event booking agreement

Get your custom quote for event booking today by sending us a email or call the number below! Please carefully read our booking agreement as stated below. All parties are required to follow each agreement in order to book a Twin Fins Coffee cart. 

• 24 hour cancellation policy. All parties must cancel within at least 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
• All bookings must be made at least 5 days prior to event date. 
• All participating guests must disclose of any allergies before serving begins. Twin Fins Coffee is not responsible for any event in which allergic reactions take place. 
• All parties must provide an address, date, and time as well as a contact number when booking an event.
• $100 deposit is required when booking events over 200 people. The deposit will go towards the cost of the service.
